Showing up again

A new school year has now shown up. And the children have turned up once more at our children’s home, the Resi, after their summer break. We continue to provide help to those families in need of it. But the parents of the three Peruvian girls from last year have decided they can now look after their children themselves. We send all five of them our very best wishes. With the return of the other children we also see challenges, needs, time constraints and the juggling of resources showing up again. Thank you, all of you, for also turning up once more to provide support for our Home, through your volunteer roles, your specific assistance and your donations. Everybody is reappearing, bringing new strength and encouragement.

Prayer topics

(1) *** That the new academic year will be a very positive one for the kids and their families, the volunteers, the care team and the leadership board, in all their various endeavours.

(2) *** For the Peruvian family that we helped out for a year; that this new stage in their family life will be as smooth as possible.
